At Midaas Touch, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every piece. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within clear and fair guidelines.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- It must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- Any protective seals, tags, or hygiene labels must remain intact
The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the goods.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty:
- Earrings (including studs and hoops)
- Customized or made-to-order items (e.g. engraved or resized pieces)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
These exclusions are permitted under EU law and are standard for jewellery retailers.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return (optional but appreciated)
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned items remain your responsibility until received by us
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If a return is lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to issue a refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or design):
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Additional shipping costs may apply
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
If the issue is confirmed:
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU law.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check with your bank or payment provider
- Allow additional processing time
- Contact us at support@midaastouch.com if the issue persists
Responsibility & Care
All Midaas Touch jewellery is handcrafted with care. Normal wear, improper handling, or damage caused by misuse is not considered a defect.
