Returns & Exchanges
At Midaas Touch, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every piece. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within clear and fair guidelines.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- It must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- Any protective seals, tags, or hygiene labels must remain intact
The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the goods.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty:
- Earrings (including studs and hoops)

Refund Policy
At Midaas Touch, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. If a return is necessary, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and fair process.
Return Period & Conditions
We offer a 14-day return period, in line with EU consumer regulations. This means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Items that cannot be resold due to their condition may be refused.
Return Costs & Processing Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A €2.50 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection and processing
This fee is waived if store credit is selected instead of a refund.
How to Initiate a Refund

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Personalized & Custom Items
Due to their made-to-order nature, the following items are non-refundable:
1. Engraved Jewellery
- Engraved or personalized jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
2. Custom Packaging & Accessories
- Orders including a personalized gift box are subject to a €15 deduction if refunded
- Orders including a custom pouch or accessory are subject to a €10 deduction
These deductions are waived if store credit is chosen.
3. Custom Orders
Custom or bespoke items (including custom sizing or design modifications):
- Cannot be cancelled once confirmed
- Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Express Shipping & Service Fees
- Express shipping fees are non-refundable
- If express shipping was selected, refunds will exclude this cost
- Courier delays beyond our control do not qualify for shipping refunds
In some cases, we may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned-to-Sender Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Refusal at delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect from a pickup point
A €9 handling and return fee will be deducted from the refund.
This fee covers courier return charges, inspection, and restocking.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photographs of the item and packaging
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Gift Cards & Store Credit
- Gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
- Store credit does not expire and may be used on future purchases
