Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to the following countries or regions due to courier or regulatory restrictions:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Crimea (Ukraine), Donetsk, Luhansk, and other sanctioned territories.
For all other international destinations, orders are shipped from the Netherlands and delivered via trusted international carriers. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service and customs procedures.
Customs Duties, Taxes & VAT
- EU orders: Prices include applicable VAT.
- Non-EU orders: Local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges are paid by us on your behalf, you may request reimbursement by providing proof of payment. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving documentation. Alternatively, store credit may be issued upon request.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your tracking number does not update or shows an issue after this period, contact us at support@midaastouch.com with your order number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
- If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us immediately.
- If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be refunded excluding shipping costs. A €9 handling and reshipping fee may apply.
Missed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery or redirect the parcel to a local pickup point.
- If the parcel is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it will be returned to us.
- Returned parcels due to non-collection or refusal may incur reshipping and handling fees.
- If the return package is lost in transit, we cannot provide a replacement for free.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier before issuing any resolution.
