Engraved items are non-returnable, unless they’re part of our Exchangeable After Engraving collection, where size exchanges are allowed.
Returning a personalised gift box or pouch incurs a €15 fee.

All orders are engraved and dispatched within 24 hours. Place your order before midnight for next-day shipping. During peak periods, slight delays may occur.
Express shipping is prioritized and may cost a little extra depending on location.

What’s Covered
Material and Craftsmanship Warranty
Every piece of Midaas Touch jewellery is handcrafted with care and is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:
Sterling silver and gold-plated pieces:
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Solid gold pieces:
Covered for 24 months from the date of purchase.
This means if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, such as issues with soldering, clasps, or structural integrity, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.
Damages on Arrival
If your jewellery arrives with visible damage, scratches, or defects, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will guide you through a fast replacement or repair solution at no cost to you.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
Wear and tear from daily use, including surface scratches, dents, and tarnishing
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or accidents
Alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
Loss or theft of items
Natural oxidation of sterling silver over time
This ensures that coverage remains focused on genuine manufacturing issues rather than cosmetic or accidental damage.

Optional Services
For plated jewellery that naturally fades over time, we offer re-plating and polishing services for a nominal fee. This is an excellent way to preserve the beauty of your piece for years to come.
